Together with its Italian partner Texnology, Trützschler Nonwovens is rebuilding the Nonwovens Customer and Technical Center (NCTC) in Egelsbach, Germany, in order to install a T-SUPREMA needle-punching line.
On Monday morning, September 25, 2023, they begun working on the T-SUPREMA, and within 30 hours, they had positioned the pre-needler and the felt drafter. Seven hours later, they completed the installation of the second needle loom. This means that the NCTC will soon provide a combined spunlacing and through-air bonding line with various web forming capabilities and an industrial working width crosslapping/needle-punching line.
