Each machine is equipped with a touchscreen display, a temperature probe, and an enlarged transparent door that facilitates process monitoring. The drum, with its large diameter, ensures better distribution of garments and faster drying.
The models are adaptable to various operational needs, ranging from fixed versions with a manual door for sampling, to models with automatic tilting for discharge, up to advanced configurations with automated loading and unloading or double doors for more efficient workflow management.

Tonello dryers are designed with a strong focus on energy efficiency and environmental responsibility. Here are some examples:
- the high-permeability drum speeds up the drying process, while the enhanced airflow reduces processing times and energy consumption, ensuring optimal performance and less wear on components;
- the inverter-controlled transmission, operated via the control panel, allows for customized recipes, optimizing every phase of the process;
- all models are Heat Pump Ready, meaning they are compatible with the integration of heat pumps for significant improvements in energy efficiency and reductions in emissions compared to traditional heating technologies.
For those who wish to further maximize energy savings, optional solutions are available, such as ThermoShell, an advanced insulation system that enhances thermal efficiency, and SmartDry, a heat recovery system that allows for steam savings of over 20%* in models designed for medium and large-scale production.
