Pakistan emerged as the fourth largest exhibitor at Heimtextil 2026, the world’s largest international trade fair for home and contract textiles. A total of 285 Pakistani participants showcased the textile strength of Pakistan, aiming to create a long-lasting impact as a trusted supplier of textile products for global buyers.

The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) organised the largest Pakistan Pavilion ever, comprising 73 exhibitor stalls and facilitation desks, all located together in the International Pavilions Hall, Hall No. 9.1. The pavilion was formally inaugurated through a ribbon-cutting ceremony by Ms. Amna Butt, Commercial Counsellor, Pakistan, Frankfurt, in the presence of representatives of the Towel Manufacturers Exporters Association (TMA), All Pakistan Upholstery and Bedware Manufacturers Association (APBUMA), and members of the Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FCCI).
For the first time, Pakistan’s Carpet Pavilion was also featured at Heimtextil. A total of 11 carpet exhibitors participated, of which 10 companies were part of the TDAP pavilion, while 1 company participated directly, with displays in Hall No. 11.
Heimtextil 2026, held from 13 to 16 January 2026 in Frankfurt, Germany, features over 3,100 exhibitors from 65 countries, where Pakistan emerged as one of the largest exhibiting nations. Pakistan’s participation reflects more than a 10% increase compared to last year.
In addition to the TDAP pavilion, 215 Pakistani companies participated independently with larger, strategically located stalls in Halls 8 and 9.
Pakistani exhibitors presented a wide range of home textile and carpet products, including towels, bed linen, kitchen linen, institutional textiles, floor coverings, rugs, and carpets.
Heimtextil remains a key platform for Pakistan’s home textile exports, and this year’s record participation is expected to support export growth, expand opportunities in Western markets, and help exporters plan production for the next six months, as noted by many participants.
