Meet with our experts to learn about our latest spinning and twisting solutions that incorporate energy-saving features, digitalisation, and automation. Moreover, we offer retrofit and upgrade solutions to further reduce energy consumption and labour costs. Don’t miss this opportunity to upgrade your textile plant with the best solutions from Saurer.

Saurer is the only supplier that can offer all five spinning applications for staple fibres: Ring-spinning, compact-spinning, long-staple fibre spinning, rotor-spinning, and air-spinning. This puts Saurer in a unique position to advise the Vietnamese customers on the best application for their specific needs. Saurer’s portfolio offers the right solution for every application, from fine to coarse yarns, from virgin fibres to recycled fibres.

To increase sustainability, more and more recycled fibres will be used in the future. Responding to the needs of the market, Saurer provides a variety of options for the use of recycled fibres in all process steps of the spinning mill and for all spinning applications.

Saurer spinning and twisting machines guarantee maximum productivity with minimum manpower. This results from the automation features that are already integrated in the machines. In addition, we offer a complete range of automation solutions that can be tailored to our customers’ specific requirements in spinning and twisting.

The Saurer ring- and compact-spinning machines are designed to deliver excellent yarn quality, while being equipped with energy saving solutions and Texparts quality components.

Jan-Henri Wiggers, Area Sales Manager for Vietnam, says: “We are delighted with the installation base at the high-tech spinning mill of Dragon Textiles 2 in Thai Binh Province in Vietnam. It is very successful in processing high quality cotton into excellent yarns with an impressive set-up of Saurer machines. Inaugurated in 2023, the mill has 40,000 Saurer 72XL ring spinning spindles combined with Autospeed roving frames equipped with automatic doffer. They have also installed our bobbin transport system (BTS) to automatically move full roving bobbins and empty tubes between the roving frame and the ring spinning machine”.

Wiggers adds: “Our ring and compact spinning machines are used for a wide range of applications – from fine knitting yarns to coarse denim applications. To reduce energy costs, we now offer the Twinsuction option.”

With its focus on automation, digitalisation, and ergonomics, the new Autocard SC7 enables spinning mills to achieve more production and higher sliver quality with less manpower. The fully automated rotor spinning machine Autocoro 11 has been upgraded to process even the shortest fibres in the Recycling Xtreme version. The Autocoro 11 also offers additional 10% energy savings compared to Autocoro 10 and more powerful automation. The BD series, Saurer’s semi-automatic rotor spinning line, has been recognised and established in spinning mills worldwide for over 50 years. It represents the benchmark for sustainable spinning and is the ideal partner in the field of recycling and waste spinning. Saurer’s Autoairo air-spinning machine sets new standards in productivity, automation and efficiency for economic air-spinning and is now processing cotton and cotton blends.

Saurer offers retrofit and upgrade solutions to reduce the energy consumption of existing spinning machines because every Kilowatt that spinning mills can save matters to our planet. Upgrade and retrofit kits are also available for processing recycled fibres. The Saurer service experts will advise customers on retrofit solutions to extend the life of existing Saurer machines and implement new features at the same time.

The Saurer experts look forward to welcoming Vietnamese customers and discussing the latest innovations and trends in the textile industry with them.
