Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe GmbH (Konica Minolta) has announced the introduction of SAFEQ Cloud, to further support the growing number of organisations wanting to reap the productivity, operational, and cost benefits of a cloud-first print strategy. Konica Minolta hosts SAFEQ Cloud at its secure data centres.
SAFEQ Cloud makes printing from any device quick and easy, whilst eliminating the need for print servers and their associated costs. The new Multi-Vendor Scanning feature included enables increased productivity with a simple one-touch scan to email or cloud repositories, utilizing OCR technology and metadata searchability.
SAFEQ Cloud benefits from being hosted in Konica Minolta’s secure data centres located in Germany and Sweden. These ISO 27001 and DIN EN 50600 certified sites operate a zero-trust architecture, providing the highest levels of security (including end-to-end security of data, user authentication, auditing functionality, and integration with cloud authentication providers), regulatory GDPR compliance, availability, and redundancy.
By offering SAFEQ Cloud (from strategic partner Y Soft that acquired EveryonePrint in 2022), Konica Minolta is replacing Dispatcher Paragon Cloud and EveryonePrint HCP while streamlining its cloud print portfolio. This will consist of SAFEQ Cloud and the Workplace Pure cloud services platform that includes cloud print, document translation, document conversion, direct upload to cloud repositories etc. Together, this comprehensive portfolio provides organisations with everything they need to support hybrid working and reap the productivity, operational, and cost benefits of a cloud-first print strategy.
“With Konica Minolta, customers have a holistic digital workplace partner at their side. Through our portfolio of services and solutions we can support all our European customers at every stage of their cloud journey, enabling them to realise the substantial operational, management and cost benefits the cloud print and cloud document services deliver.”
