Joshua established his own independent design house in 2014 working from his London apartment creating bespoke tailoring made by himself for friends and acquaintances. With demand rapidly outgrowing production capability, within six months Joshua implemented a ready-to-wear collection. His first Joshua Kane Runway collection was shown in London and he proceeded to open his first store in East London’s Spitalfields.

In 2016 Mr Kane moved location and opened his new flagship store and studio space in W1. Most recently, in 2021, he moved to a private appointment townhouse in the heart of Marylebone where the business continues to operate focusing on a design-oriented made-to-order service and creating bespoke versions of his runway designs.

Joshua will share his creative journey, reflections on British craftsmanship and his perspective on where fashion is heading, making this a rare opportunity to hear from one of the country’s most exciting contemporary designers.
