Taking place from 20 to 24 November 2026 at the National Exhibition and Convention Centre (Shanghai), ITMA ASIA + CITME 2026 will feature an expanded index of products.
The new composites chapter spotlights technologies for the production of high-performance fibres to serve fast-growing industries such as aerospace, automotive lightweighting and other industry sectors. Exhibits will include multi-axial warp knitting machines, weaving equipment and 3D weaving machines, thereby strengthening the integration of textile technologies with strategic emerging industries.
Riding the shift towards more intelligent and flexible textile manufacturing, the software and automation sector has been further augmented with the inclusion of a sub section on automation of production processes. It will showcase industrial robots, intelligent sensing systems, VR/AR virtual commissioning and digital twin production lines.
According to the show owners, with the additional exhibit segments, ITMA ASIA + CITME 2026 will deliver an even more comprehensive showcase across the textile and garment manufacturing value chain.
Since stand space applications opened on 18 June, both domestic and international textile machinery manufacturers have shown continued enthusiasm for the upcoming edition. To date, the number of applicants and total exhibition space booked have exceeded the corresponding application period of the previous edition, underscoring the exhibition’s importance in Asia’s textile machinery marketplace.
Companies interested in exhibiting are invited to submit their applications via www.itmaasia.com / www.citme.com.cn.
ITMA ASIA + CITME is organised by Beijing Textile Machinery International Exhibition Co Ltd and co-organised by ITMA Services. Japan Textile Machinery Association is a special partner of the show.
