Knit Expo is one of the most important international platforms for providing an opportunity for the garment industry to learn new innovations and make rewarding business contacts in India.

The cotton knitwear industry in Tirupur consists of 3500 garment factories, 850 dyeing and bleaching units, 500 printing units, 7000 imported knitting machines, 1750 computerized embroidery machines and 500 others.
