mymueller® to become even more customer friendly

Since the launch of our service portal mymueller®, almost 1,000 customers have signed up to use the portal. As part of the next expansion step, a range of further useful functions will be added in the first quarter of 2021.

Their helpdesk is a popular point of call for customers who have technical queries. To enable us to handle these cases as efficiently as possible, you can now log enquiries like this with us directly via the portal. This will ensure that our employees receive all the key information for your request right from the start, preventing unnecessary callbacks and therefore avoiding delays. In their portal environment, customers always retain an overview of their current enquiries and the status of each one.

One new feature is that, in future, you will also be able to pay for spare parts orders straight away with your credit card. As soon as the payment has been confirmed, the ordered parts can be readied for shipment from our warehouse. This greatly simplifies and speeds up the entire process.

To allow you to access spare parts catalogues and operating manuals for your machines even more quickly and easily, from this December onwards all newly delivered machines will carry a sticker with a QR code. As soon as you scan the code with your smartphone or a tablet, you will be taken straight to the corresponding machine dashboard in the service portal mymueller®, from where you can directly access the information you are looking for or order spare parts.

To allow you to add a QR code to your existing Müller machine, from February 2021 it will also be possible to create a QR code in the service portal from the dashboard of the corresponding machine, which you can then print out and affix to your machine.

In response to repeat customer requests, with the new release it will now also be possible to edit quotations. This makes it easier for us to copy requested changes into a quotation and prevents anything from being duplicated by mistake.

We are delighted to be able to offer you additional benefits with these new functions. At the same time, we would also like to encourage you to start using the portal more in future. Not only will this help you work more efficiently, but it will also ensure that you don’t miss out on any of our attractive sales promotions.
