The Monna Lisa Evo Tre: One of the versatile digital textile printers in the industry

The Monna Lisa Evo Tre is highly flexible printer and can print high quality prints on any type of fabric at the highest quality and repeatability. In a first-of-a-kind technology, the Monna Lisa Evo Tre 32 supports a dual ink system enabling the loading of two different sets of inks in the same machine, enabling fast and easy switching between using reactive inks for cellulose fibres, to using acid inks required for protein fibres such as silk and polyamide synthetic fibres. With this, downtime is greatly reduced, maximizing productivity.

Driving the Monna Lisa Evo Tre is a new print-head array featuring advanced PrecisionCore technology that comes with 16 or 32 printheads delivering precision and increased productivity at ultra-fast speeds of up to 437 sqm per hour.

Combined with high precision nozzles and ink channels, the Thin Film Piezo print-heads apply nearly perfect round drops on substrates with maximum accuracy. For the Monna Lisa Evo Tre 32 printer, 128 PrecisionCore MicroTFP print chips configured in 32 4-chip printheads provide 12,800 nozzles for each colour for outstanding productivity.

The Monna Lisa Evo Tre comes with 8-colour Genesta water-based inks optimised for this model, developed by Epson in collaboration with For.Tex. The eco-friendly inks are offered in acid, reactive, disperse and pigment ink formulations, meeting the highest quality standards for reliability and print fastness on any type of fabric. The printer comes with a vacuumed degassed ink management system for maximum efficiency to ensure that no ink is wasted.
