Saurer Spinning Solutions moves sales and service location in Brazil to Americana

The new location offers larger warehouse facilities, enabling Saurer do Brasil to increase the number and quantity of locally stocked parts. Close to one of Brazil's major airports and just three hours away from one the busiest ports, the location of this site translates into shorter delivery times for customers’ imported parts. During the opening ceremony last Thursday, invited clients together with the team celebrated the move to the new Saurer location.

Customer focus

The new address, located in one of the key textile regions, brings improved access to parts and services in comparison to the previous location. The parts warehouse and new Customer Service Centre offers customers the same excellent service as before, just faster.

Saurer do Brazil stocks parts for the whole Saurer Spinning Solutions portfolio. The company’s customer service offers health checks, consultation and repair services.

Saurer advises customers on upgrades and updates to ensure that the machines run efficiently during their entire lifecycle.

The team is eager to introduce the entire Saurer machinery and original parts product portfolio to interested parties, and welcomes enquires.

Saurer's new flexible and efficient product portfolio suits the Brazilian market

At ITMA in Barcelona, Saurer Spinning Solutions introduced the new product portfolio from bale to yarn for short-staple spinning. Saurer offers five end-spinning solutions: ring spinning, compact spinning, worsted spinning, rotor spinning and air spinning.

The consequent extension of the value chain from bale to package, including twisting, has brought Saurer the complete control of the yarn quality along the value chain. The right combination of blow room, carding and draw frame ensures excellent fibre utilisation and sliver quality for high efficiency and yarn quality in spinning.

Sauer’s open-end spinning machines pioneer flexibility. The new air-spinning machine Autoairo and market-leading automatic rotor-spinning machine Autocoro, both come with highest production speeds and single motor drives. Especially in areas where a steady supply of electricity cannot be guaranteed, Autocoro's TurboStart with a run-up time of less than 10 minutes offers significantly increased productivity. The new flexible spin box and vacuum trash cleaner VTC also offer an even higher waste tolerance.

In ring spinning, the focus is on flexibility and high speed. The new modular structure allows customers to choose the right combination to suit their requirements. The direct link from ring-spinning machine to Autoconer with the intelligent RFID-based material flow increases productivity and yarn quality, as the systems are well adapted to each other.
