Jeanologia eMark 5 revolutionary software that increases productivity and simplifies how jeans are designed

Textile industry is quickly turning towards digitalization on its road to sustainability, and that digital transformation involves new production processes, but also a shift in design methods to allow designers to use the technology to its full potential.

Jeanologia is leading this transformation towards a new model where creativity, design and technology go hand in hand; and has found that a seamless combination of hardware and software is the way to go. They have perfected that union through our revolutionary e-Mark 5, the laser design software that provides designers with a fast, intuitive and dynamic way to create precise and realistic designs through technology.

The new software eMark 5 that reduces time-to-laser mark by 15%, simplifying how to design and increasing productivity by Jeanologia, the Spanish company leader in development of sustainable and efficient technology.

Jeanologia hits another milestone by creating the most advanced and unique software on the market.  The software is completely developed for laser textile design, multilingual, easy to use and contains an extensive gallery of laser designs that is constantly being updated, exclusive and fashionable, offering infinite creative and sustainable possibilities.

Fabien Liautard, General Manager of the company in Bangladesh explains that with eMark 5 “if you can imagine it, you can produce it. With this software you can make designers’ creativity a reality in a sustainable way.”

The eMark 5 optimizes production and minimizes production errors. With this software Jeanologia goes further in the digital transformation of the textile industry. “sustainability and technology are the keys for the country’s textile industry to consolidate and be able to become a world leader.”

Jeanologia presents their new software eMark 5 that reduces time-to-laser mark by 15%, simplifying how to design and increasing productivity.

With this tool the company advances the Denim textile industry’s digital revolution, while contributing to the simplification of processes making them more sustainable and efficient.

Jeanologia presented, a new collection from fabric to finishing. In its creation, the company has worked with local suppliers, involving the whole supply chain to show the infinite possibilities that offers its model of production completely technological, sustainable and respectful of workers’ health.

The result is a collection 5. Zero derived from the concept “one fabric, unlimited possibilities”, through which Jeanologia shows that thanks to the combination of their technologies – laser, ozone and e-flow – it is possible to make a complete collection from only one fabric, getting extraordinary results equally in black and in blue denim.

“Achieving three-dimensional effects with black denim is possible with our technology,” highlights Liautard. “To achieve it, it is essential to start by selecting the correct fabric. To do so, we use the Light Sensitive Fabric Test to be able to know the reaction of the fabric to the new finishing processes, thereby obtaining the desired look efficiently and sustainably, at the same time as reducing time-to-market.”

Thanks to this digital transformation in the textile industry, Jeanologia’s technology saves around 1,200,000m3 of water annually.
