Thies iCone dyeing machine and iMaster H2O - the innovative
Today, the world of textile finishing faces enormous
environmental challenges. Significant increases in the cost of
water and effluent treatment, plus pressure to conserve
resources, call for a rethink of efficiencies and the production
The new iMaster H2O is the culmination of 40 years´
experience in short liquor ratio dyeing.
With its excellent running conditions, optimum use of inputs
and reduced process times, the iMaster H2O represents a sound
investment for any house, at the same time ensuring minimum
environmental impact and ongoing sustainablility.
With its increased productivity and enhanced reliability, the
iMaster H2O offers new perspectives and opportunities for all
progressive textile companies.
Thies iCone dyeing machine
iCone is the new development that consolidates the highest
ecological standards with technological intelligence to achieve
large savings in water and electricity consumption. Construction
of the iCone is based upon Thies’s eco-bloc series, but it also
incorporates innovative new technologies. Its newly designed
‘pump block’ system allows dyeing with an ultra short liquor
ratio. Depending on carry-over of the material, liquor ratios of
1:3.6 in partially flooded vessels are now possible in mill
practice. Improved rinsing functions are said to allow reduction
of after-treatment time by almost one hour. Moreover, the new
‘suction pipe’ design enables adjustment of flow reversal - from
inside to outside and outside to inside. The iCone has been
specifically developed to meet the requirements of stringent
international and local environmental protection regulations
with simultaneous consideration of its economic efficiency.
