Water foot prints of global Cotton textile
industry- InoCotton GROW
Kick off conference was held at National
Textile University (NTU), Faisalabad on 11th July 2017, with the
main objective of h starting a new project between Pakistan and
German - to get maximum cotton yield with minimum irrigation
water and to minimize the bad effects of excessive water during
the manufacturing of the textile products. This project will be
completed with cooperation of 24 Pakistani and German partners.
Dr. Zafar Javaid , Registrar NTU, thanked all the distinguished
guests from Germany and Pakistan and wished them success. He
also appreciated Dr.Waseem Ibrahim, Chief Organizer and Dr.Hafsa
Jamshaid, Chief Coordinator of this conference.
