It is created with the latest generation technology and is based on Constant Rate of Elongation (C.R.E.) measure method. The bobbin change is automatic, up to 24 positions, that is included in the standard machine configuration. TensoTester3 offers the possibility to test different counts in the automatic cycle.

Measuring accuracy is guaranteed on a very fine count in the range of +/- 1 cN/tex or 1%.

The Tomsic Strength Tester can be equipped with different loads cells: 3, 6, 10, 20, 50, 100 kg. The cell interchange is simply and quickly and does not require special knowledge. TensoTester3 complies with the ISO 2062, ASTM D76 and D2256 standards.

TensoTester3 software is really unrivaled in simplicity. The operator can set and run the test in only one software window. He can change the measuring units at any job/test.

The graphical and numerical results, perfectly aligned to world standards, are displayed in only one window for direct test comparison…. therefore, the operator’s job is quick and simple!

The flexible software is also installed on a normal PC with Windows 10, allows automatic update of the latest features directly from the head Tomsic service station, cost-free.

This advantage guarantees that the customer’s equipment is always fully updated with the most cutting edge technology.

Tomsic Link Job Technology.

TensoTester3 data retrieval is based on the Open SQL Server database. This database using the SQL principle enables all data to be exported easily to other computers/databases. All parameters are with OPEN access which permits FREE LAN connection. Tensotester3 software also allows simple export of the data in EXCEL and other programs.

Since ITMA 2015 the TOMSIC Strength Tester has upgraded with the LINK JOB TECHNOLOGY. This technology offers the possibility to link the Strength Tester with Tomsic Count Analyser to collect directly the data of the REAL COUNT and obtain the TENACITY value based on it.
