Interspare takes over several parts of Moenus

Effective from November 1st 2007, Interspare from Reinbek (Germany) has got all rights of the brand names ARTOS, BABCOCK (BTM), FAMATEX, HAAS, KRANTZ and STENTEX with all the patents, licenses and technical documentation together with stock of spareparts from the Moenus, Gera (Germany).

Interspare is the point of contact for the distribution of spare parts central from Reinbek. Dirk Polchow, head of Interspare, is optimistic about this deal, and the future strategy of Interspare and the integration of the well-known brands is already being formulated.
