There has been a change in the ownership structure of ZSK Stickmaschinen GmbH, which is based on their private plans for the future, the present shareholders of ZSK have decided to accept a takeover bid of their shares.

The new owner is IPM Industrie Participation Management GmbH. IPM is a German holding company from the Ruhr area in Germany. The group holds high competence and long experience with textile and garment machines. IPM considers the takeover of ZSK a strategic expansion of its portfolio and perfect completion of its activities in these segments.

According to ZSK, “We are optimally prepared to cope with the ever changing conditions in the market. In the classical textile range, the development and marketing of our machines will be promoted as well as the opening of new markets such as manufacturing methods for technical textiles and materials.”

ZSK will remain an independent company, and both parties attach great importance to continuity and the fruitful relations with their customers, partners and agencies. ZSK is represented in Pakistan by AHS Textile Machinery Company.
