Polimat Sample Dyeing Machines (With manual injector)

Polimat sample dyeing machines

These machines run between room temperature and 140°C. The sampling tubes reach the set homogenous temperature by a micro-processor and stay in liquid state according to the user’s requirement. The tubes of HT and atmospheric dyeing machines can be built with a dosage unit as an option. The dosing process is done through a specially designed manual injector within 10 ml volume scales.

The sterilizer is a basic laboratory equipment supplying in four different volume alternatives. The heat run limits are between 40°C- 260°C, is used for sterilization, heating and drying and sampling. The heaters form homogenous heat.

The magnetic mixers mix the chemicals and liquids in laboratories with the effect of the magnetic field formed in the glass pots. The mixture speed can be controlled from 200rpm to 1200rpm. The heat plate can be heated between 50-300oC.

It is used for drying samples taken out of the dyeing batches in textile laboratories.
The sample can be dried efficiently by means of internal circulated and discharged air from the exhausts. This means significant reduction in time of the cycle, energy and costs.
