ITMA ASIA +CITME Preview II

Morrison Textile Machinery

(Hall E1, Booth B 11)

Morrison Textile Machinery is among the global leaders in textile processing machinery.  Morrison’s participation at ITMA Munich was quite  successful and they were able to demonstrate innovative technologies to many of the industries key decision makers. Morrison is represented in Pakistan by Nazar and Company.

The new S7 Rubber Belt Unit for Compressive Shrinking Ranges with SanforTROL™ — the first fully automated real time close loop shrinkage control system and AutoGRIND™, which reduces the rubber belt grind cycle to 2 hours is expected to attract the customers at the upcoming show in Shanghai, China.

The automation control screens, functionality and efficiency of AutoGRIND™ automatic belt grinding system are considered as truly innovative technological advancement.

SanforTROL™ utilizes YieldMAX™ / YieldWARE™ data to maintain the tightest control tolerances. This length data is the key component in closed-loop control. WESTechnologies is an exclusive supplier to Morrison. Prior to ITMA, WESTechnologies installed this patented system at leading manufacturers in Japan, Turkey, Italy and Brazil.

YieldMAX™ is the first real-time system dedicated to optimizing fabric  yield, uniquely different from other methods of calculating compressive shrinkage on the production floor:

v     Proprietary invisible marking technology.

v     Not influenced by fabric construction.

v     Focuses on the shrinkage between invisible marks.

v     Fully integrated into the FCS control system.

The SLE-HED Washer by Morrison, with high volume circulating water spraying onto deflectors is also important part of its machinery portfolio. This washing box with optional “wave” immersion rolls is especially designed for removal of high solids, print pastes and thickeners. Recent installations in a desize application, as well as washing after mercerizing have proven the SLE-HED to be most efficient
