Santex Group to display high
performance finishing systems
At the ITMA Asia + CITME 2008, Santex Group will showcase the
Santashrink Progress, which is assembled in the local
production facility near Shanghai, China, demonstrating the
efforts made by the company to maintain high quality standards
regardless where the product is manufactured.
 The
highlights of the company are energy and water savings achieved
by its products, including the latest-born relax dryer
Santashrink Super Jumbo; the EnAirSave, a new energy-saving
device for dryers; and Sperotto Rimar's Nova water-less scouring
range for synthetic fabrics.
The newly restudied air nozzle system in
the Santashrink Super Jumbo dryer, combined with the intelligent
process management, achieves high evaporation capacities and
good residual shrinkage results. This high-speed dryer achieves
higher productivity, reduced production costs, and improved
quality in shrinkage values and hand feel. The energy optimized
Santashrink Super Jumbo Santex also offers an additional energy
saving system, while the new EnAirSave system provides thermo
efficiencies of more than 74%.
