Textile Asia-2008
Systems supplier Brückner presents efficient solutions

Brückner will be present at Textile Asia (Pakistan) with its agent Nazar & Co., and shall highlight the main products of its portfolio which have been technologically optimized compared to ITMA 2007. As supplier of modularly matched finishing lines. Brückner is in an international top position. The company is domiciled in Germany, where they develop and produce "made in Germany". Technologists who are experts in process technology advise the customers in all aspects of the dry textile finishing process.

POWER-LINE split-flow stenter - now even more  efficient and profitable

With a new process technology for air circulation around the fabric, Brückner improved its split-flow air circulation technology further and made their POWER-FRAME stenter even more efficient. This new technology together with an optimized insulation allowed to reduce clearly the energy consumption. BRÜCKNER uses in the new POWER-FRAME also the proven air system alternating in each half of any compartment.

Adapted to the process, the upper and lower air flows are controlled separately by two speed-controlled fans in each compartment. This leads to an ideal temperature distribution and to an extremely homogenous and gentle air impingement on the fabric web. This system, patented by Brückner, allows an unlimited finishing even of the most demanding fabric types, for example the heat-setting of polyamide with high elasthane contents.

Connecting the POWER-FRAME stenter to a user-friendly process visualization system ensures a fast reproducibility of production data. A special software for efficient styles and recipe administration ensures the uniform fabric quality. Depending on the process, a connection to the integrated BRÜCKNER ECO-HEAT Back-Pack heat recovery allows energy savings of up to 30 %. The costs of the air / air heat recovery system pay back within short time and the reduced energy consumption leads to a higher profitability of the stenter.

POWER-SHRINK - a new generation of sanforizing lines

Brückner completely revised the sanforizing process and developed an even more efficient generation of sanforizing units.

The benefits of Brückner's new POWER-SHRINK sanforizing unit, suitable for the finishing of woven fabrics and Denim, are as follows:

v     Production output increased by 20-40% due to optimized geometric conditions at the rubber belt unit.

v     Better residual shrinkage of 1-0% due to a high-tech drive concept with traction measuring rollers.

v     Constant shrinking values thanks to a new, highly developed automatic shrinking control.

v     The new line meets the highest requirements about fabric quality and is registered under the Sanforized® label.

v     Reproducible fabric quality (all machine parameters are automated/PLC-controlled/recipe administration is standard).

v     User-friendly control of the machine via touch-screen.

v     Increased life of the rubber belt thanks to an improved cooling system and the bigger roller diameter of the compression and tensioning roller.

COLOR-THERM / INFRA-THERM pad-dry / thermosol lines - two components guaranteeing high productivity

In dyeing processes the radiation pre-dryer and the hotflue do considerably influence the dyeing result. BRÜCKNER sets benchmarks with its Pad-Dry/Thermosol lines due to its two efficient components, the POWER-COLORTHERM hotflue and the infrared gas dryer POWER-INFRATHERM

POWER-COLORTHERM hotflue - the best dyeing results and a crease-free fabric run

An absolutely symmetrical and large-volume circulating air system according to the Split-Flow principle provides in BRÜCKNER's POWER-COLORTHERM for a uniform air and temperature distribution and thus for a homogenous dyeing. Upper and lower air volume are accurately controlled by inventers instead of mechanical dampers.

Highly efficient slot-type nozzles with target-oriented blow-out direction a long the fabric web prevent an overdrying of the edges. A symmetrical removal of exhaust air from the upper and lower air circuit at the end of each section on the right and on the left side prevents cross flows affecting the colour gradient.

The large roller diameter and the flexible individual drives of all upper rollers ensure a crease-free low-tension fabric passage. All this leads to the best dyeing results.

POWER-INFRATHERM infrared gas pre-dryer – fast readiness for production and migration-free drying

Brückner uses in this infrared gas radiator special metal fibre burners. These burners are the reason why the dryer reaches within a few seconds after the start the preselected process temperature and is therefore very quickly ready for operation. After a stop of the fabric it cools down just as fast.

The set process temperature distributes with absolute uniformity across the complete width of the fabric. This guarantees constant and migration-free drying conditions for the complete batch. The special gas/air mixture preparation concept used by Brückner allows - depending on the requirements - a continuous adjustment in the infrared temperature range between 500°C and 900°C.

According to the modular concept, the compact construction with a short vertical fabric passage ensures a crinkle-free cloth run. The large-volume exhaust air lock ensures in addition the uniform, migration-free drying. Several radiator modules can be arranged above each other, which allows to plan the dyeing range specifically for the different articles.
